Shipment


Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) with tracking numbers* and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with signature, or want to use UPS, FedEx, or other carriers for delivery, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing these methods. A link to track your package online will be provided*.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes or envelopes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

* USPS international First Class and Priority Mail services do not include tracking information automatically. International buyers need to purchase USPS Registered Mail separately for obtaining tracking numbers.

Free Shipping

Beading Station provides Free Standard Shipping on orders total $100 or more (tax and shipping excluded). Shipping discount will be autumatically calculated and deducted in your shopping cart. You do not need a coupon code for shipping discount.

Orders with free shipping will be shipped with Standard Shipping. Standard Shipping will be automatically applied to the free shipping orders regardless your selection of the shipping method without furthur notification.

If you have an urgent need for the order, there are chances that we can help you upgrade to Expedited Shipping for free. Free upgrade is not guaranteed. Additional fee may be required according to your location and the size of the order. Please contact us at 773-669-5168 or beadingstation@gmail.com before or immediately after you placing the order. We are not able to upgrade if the order has been already shipped.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

If you believe a product was shipped in error from us, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we may resolve the problem with you. Replacement requests beyond 5 days after order delivery may not be accepted.

Return Policy

Return Authorization (RA#) is required before returning any merchandise. We accept returns within 30 days after the order was delivered.

Please take a look below for specific instructions regarding your merchandise.

- Items must be in new condition (unused with its original packaging intact);

- Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories;

- Print Return Authorization Number (RA#) on outside of the package;

- Includes Return Slip in the return package. The return slip can be downloaded in your account on our website. 

- Pack properly to pretect the return merchandise.

Shipping cost for returning merchandise are borne by the buyer. We suggest you ship via a traceable service to ensure delivery.

Returns that do not meet the requirements above will not be issued a refund and shipping back to you will be at your expense. 

Your merchandise total (products total) will be fully refunded for return merchandise received within 30 days after order delivery. Any merchandise received after 30 days of delivery will be subject to a 15% restocking fee deducted from the merchandise total (products total). Order shipping charge is not refundable. Return merchandise received after 90 days of delivery will not be accepted for return.

Please allow 1 to 3 business days to process your returns after we receive your return package. Refund will be issued to the original method of payment of the order.
